"This was the worst experience at a Hotel that I have had in many years. We had to call and ask for towel each day, and one day they left a towel foded up that was covered with black filth. The continental breakfast was out of almost everything, including milk. The Hotel itself was run-down and shabby. We paid $109 a night and it was more like a $40 a night hotel."

"I understand that this was an old hotel that had been "renovated." That being said, I feel that more attention to overall cleanliness in the hallways and elevator is needed. There were finger and hand prints on the glass in most areas. There were small piles of dirt collected in corners on the first floor. The lighting in the long hallway leading from the lobby to the parking lot was inadequate. Gave a gloomy look. Signage in the elevator was old and taped to the walls (very unprofessional). The room was adequate for a hotel/motel that charged only $39.99, not the $74.95 I paid. I don't mind paying for convenience, but this hotel was not convenient to anything."
